Bangkok Airways to operate "closed" flights from Bangkok to Phuket in support of "sandbox" program

Bangkok Airways has announced that it will operate two special "closed" flights daily from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) to Phuket from February 1 this year in support of Thailand's "sandbox" plan for Phuket. 　　The "closed" flights from Bangkok to Phuket will be operated with ATR72-600 aircraft. The first daily outbound flight PG5275 departs Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi International Airport) at 12:00 and arrives at Phuket International Airport at 14:05. The second outbound flight PG5279 departs Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport) at 1710 hours and arrives at Phuket International Airport at 1915 hours. 　　Passengers travelling on the above special flights must follow the requirements of the Thai Government's New Crown Epidemic Management Center and be prepared with complete documentation and related documents.

What does the cabin of the Boeing 777X look like?

The 777X made a surprise appearance on the first day of the Dubai Airshow, performing a low-altitude, high-gradient hover. 777X is powered by a new GE9X engine designed and built by General Electric.

The 777X was originally expected to be delivered to its first customer in 2020, but was delayed for various reasons, and Boeing Senior Vice President of Commercial Mike Fleming said at the Dubai Airshow that delivery is expected in 2023.

The cabin of the 777X was also open to professional visitors at the airshow, but since the test and working instruments were not removed, there is not much resemblance between the current cabin picture and the actual cabin that will eventually be delivered to the airline division, but there is no doubt that the 777X's cabin is exceptionally spacious.

Boeing currently has 351 orders from eight airlines, including All Nippon Airways, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Lufthansa, Qatar Airways and Singapore Airlines.

Vietjet and Airbus reach strategic cooperation agreement on 119 aircraft

Vietjet Airlines (Vietjet) and Airbus Group reached a strategic cooperation agreement on the execution of an order contract for 119 aircraft, the development of a wide-body passenger fleet and other assistance in the wake of the epidemic, the Vietnam News Agency reported on November 7.  The two sides agreed to expand training for Vietjet's technical team, while moving forward with cooperation projects such as building an aviation academy. U.S.: Fully vaccinated foreign travelers allowed to enter from Nov. 8

The U.S. will allow foreign travelers fully vaccinated with the new crown vaccine to enter the country on international flights or through land and water ports starting Nov. 8, the White House said on Nov. 15.
